Every week, I hop on strategy sessions with people who are struggling to grow their business and make the impact they know they could be making in the lives of their ideal customers.
They have begun doubting if they truly can make an impact. They’ve been trying their best to grow their audience on social media but it just isn’t converting into sales.
The problem I find most often is they forget to share their customers’ transformation!
But here’s the thing, if you don’t believe in the transformation that you are making in the lives of your customers, you are going to have a hard time selling it.⠀ ⠀
You need to believe, with certainty, that you are making an impact in the lives of the people who purchase your offer.
These are the people who need what you have to offer but might not know it yet!
You need to get super clear on their needs, wants, and desires before you can move on to creating the best transformation statements.
Then, you need to create and share before/after transformations time and time again so that your ideal audience can begin to picture what their life will be like after taking you up on your offer.

Here is a simple framework to create your transformation statement:
“Before investing in (ABC Offer)”
– They are…
– They want…
– They feel…
For example:
“Before investing in the help of a Fairy Godmother, Ella was slaving away cleaning up for everyone and never taking time for herself. When the chance to attend a ball came up, she didn’t have anything to wear and felt like she was going to miss out on a once in a lifetime opportunity. “
“After experiencing (ABC Offer)”
– They are…
– They have…
– They feel…
For example:
“After experiencing the help of her Fairy Godmother, Ella had found confidence in herself that she never knew she had. She had a wonderful evening and made magical memories. She felt beautiful and ended up falling in love with a handsome prince! “
If you want to be the go-to expert in your industry, you’ve got to show up and prove it with testimonials, customer case studies, and personal stories of transformation to get people to say, “That’s it!” “That’s me!” “I want that!”
