The energy that you put out into the universe comes back to you like a boomerang.

Over the past few months, I’ve leaned first hand just how important it is to try your best to keep that energy positive and flowing with ease. Especially during times of stress and anxiety.

Today, I’d like to share with you a few quick tricks that can be incorporated into your daily routine to really take things to the next level in your business and personal life!

It seems every day we are telling our friends to stop settling. We know our friends are truly amazing human beings so, of course, we never want them to settle for anything less than what they deserve. So, why do we settle for less than what we deserve?

START LIVING THE LIFE YOUR CRAVE!

No more excuses. Stop settling for good enough.

Below I invite you to take a look at some of my top tips for getting your energy back into alignment. We all have off days but if we catch them quick, we can minimize the chance to create a habit of negativity.

Find your happy place

Where is your favorite place to sit and just be? For me, as many of you know, it is by the sea. In today’s tech driven, fast paced world, it is crucial to find time to just sit and be. Take in the scenery around you,

Meditation

By making time to clear your mind and relax, spending this little bit of time with yourself, it calms your nerves and let’s you start the day off on the right foot. Meditation is a practice so don’t be too hard on yourself when it isn’t easy in the beginning. However, spending this time with yourself provides the opportunity to love and appreciate yourself better. When you feel better about yourself, you believe in yourself and your ability to make your dreams a reality!

Surround yourself with like-minded people

Sometimes as an entrepreneur or freelancer working from can be really lonely. By starting to associate with other like-minded individuals, I’ve seen how it can truly make a difference in terms of confidence and determination. This lifts spirits and helps keep you accountable for your mindset and goals. Invest in these friendships in order to stay on track with positivity as well as any business moves you are hoping to make!

Clarify your purpose and vision

Purpose is the root of all work. Whether it’s selling a product that was created out of a need or a service developed out of skill and enjoyment, developing a clear purpose and honoring that purpose allows for deeper personal growth while gaining exponential profit. Take a moment to think, “What is the impact I want to make on this world?”

Choose courage

In order to have successful growth within yourself and your business, it’s important to take chances. Without risk there is never as great of a reward. By choosing courage and stepping out of your comfort zone you are also choosing to believe in yourself. As you believe in yourself, the universe will feel your energy and flow abundance into your life.

Adopt some powerful mantras and affirmations into your daily routine

Know where your mindset weak spots are. What are the negative self-talk items that you find yourself repeating all too often? Create powerful mantras that you can repeat to reverse those negative thoughts.

If you find yourself thinking, “I’m not good enough,” take a moment to reverse that with a mantra like “I am smart, creative, and work hard to fulfill the needs of my clients/customers!”

One of my favorite’s is  “I Can, I Will, Watch Me.”

Lastly, I want to share with you my favorite affirmation track by Carrie Green of the Female Entrepreneur Association called “Daily Success”

I now recite this on a daily bases to help me calm down and get focused before each day.
